Intro

Hello and welcome to the portfolio of London-based
conceptual copywriter & creative director Howard Green,
written entirely in the pointless, but more professional
sounding third person (even though he’s really written
this himself).

Big ideas are Howard’s bag, along with executions as
cunning as a fox who’s just been appointed Professor
of Cunning at Oxford. He likes to make work that’s
useful or entertaining (or both), insightful, relevant
and memorable. And he hates wallpaper. As in bland
advertising. He has nothing against actual wallpaper.
So long as it's not bland.

He claims to have created a musical cornershop
for Red Stripe Lager that both equally entertained and
scared the absolute bejeezus out of the good people
of Dalston, helped a young girl pinch a quid from a
supermarket trolley for NatWest, is immensely proud
to have helped co-create The Wayback, a time travelling
VR film series for people living with Alzheimer’s, as well
as ruthlessly assassinate Chris Palmer in cold blood for
the New Directors’ Showcase, and created a germ-killing
games controller
for germy germy kill kill household
disinfectant Dettol.

That’s his best stuff if you ask me, but there’s more here.

His work has been recognised by D&AD,
Cannes Lions, Campaign BIG, Creative Circle, SXSW,
UK Challenge Dementia Prize and PETA (yes, the
animal rights people) amongst others.

He can be reached at howardphilipgreen@hotmail.com
stalked on Linkedin and his CV can be downloaded and
laughed at here.

Thank you.
